Digital Patterns Refund Policy

• If the digital pattern you purchased doesn’t meet your expectations, please reply to your download email within 3 days of purchase to request a refund.

Physical Products Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return:

• Item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags attached

• You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

• Returns must be pre-approved by our team (unsolicited returns will not be accepted)

How to Initiate a Return

2. If approved, we’ll email you:

   • A prepaid return shipping label

   • Detailed return instructions

3. Package the item securely and attach the return label

4. Ship it back to us within 7 days of approval

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival

• Contact us within 48 hours if you receive:

  • A defective or damaged item

  • The wrong product

• We may require photo evidence of the issue

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

• Digital downloads after 3 days

• Custom or personalized crochet items

• Products without original packaging/tags

• Final sale or clearance items

• Gift cards
