Downloadding Guide
Digital Patterns are delivered to you in 2 different ways. Â
There’s 2 methods that you can download your files with.
1- After purchase on the Thank you Page.
2- Sent to you by email with a link to the digital pattern(s), so please make sure to enter the correct email.
After completing your order, the thank you page should look something like this ..
To access your downloads click on “ACCESS DOWNLOADS”Â
After completing your order, an email that includes a link to your downloads will be sent to you automatically, you can find it in your primary email inbox.Â
If it didn’t show up please don’t forget to check your junk/spam folder.

Click on the “View your Downloads” button and it will send you to the download page.Â
Congratulations! You’ve successfully downloaded your digital file. Now you can enjoy your purchase at your convenience. We hope you find delight and value in your digital purchase.

If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
Since Woolly Wonders Crochet sells digital PDF patterns, all sales are final. However, if you encounter technical issues (e.g., download errors, corrupted files), contact us at hello@woollywonderscrochet.top within 7 days of purchase, and weâll gladly resend your files or troubleshoot.
This is rare, but if you accidentally received the wrong PDF pattern, email us immediately with:
Your order number.
The name of the pattern you received vs. the one you expected.
Weâll send the correct file within 24 hours and throw in a free bonus pattern for the inconvenience!
Digital files canât be “damaged,” but if your PDF is unreadable or missing pages:
â Re-download from your original email link (sometimes browsers glitch!).
â Still an issue? Email us for a fresh copyâno proof needed!
Returns arenât applicable for digital products, but if youâd like a refund due to exceptional circumstances (e.g., duplicate purchase), email us to discuss.

Email us from your correct email with your order number.
Weâll update your account and resend the download link.
Due to the instant nature of digital downloads, orders canât be canceled after payment. But if you havenât downloaded the file yet, email usâwe may be able to swap it for another pattern of equal value!
